Outposts are additional cities that can be built by players who have a water dragon egg and are level 8 or higher. They are constructed on plains, with higher level plains giving greater benefits.

An outpost allows you to conquer a number of additional wildernesses equal to the level of the plains on which it was constructed. In addition, the higher the level of the plains, the greater the number of fields on which you can build will be. Currently outpost construction does not contribute to power. Homes in the outpost do not contribute to the idle population limit or tax revenue for the main city. You can build fields, lumber mills, mines and quarries in the outpost. Resources gathered from the outpost are placed in silos and must be collected manually. If the outpost is attacked then uncollected resources can be taken by the attacker. When attacked, silos will become damaged and will not collect again until they are repaired.

The outpost is home to a water dragon. She defends the outpost in the same manner as the dragon in the main city.

This feature is quite new so there are a few bugs.

Bug

Cannot return camped allied troops from outpost

If main city dragon is healing, outpost dragon also shows as healing even though she is at full health

Sometimes buildings from main city show up in outpost (refresh required)

Sometimes when constructing buildings and marches are out, the building level will keep rising until the marches return. A refresh of the game will restore it back to the correct level (unfortunately :) )

Build estimate does not include Levitation bonus when constructing new building
